Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Pwrplay Active.

Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return your item(s) for a Store Credit, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Timing: You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in brand new condition with labels intact, and free from marks, stains, pet hair, odours, or any signs of use.
  • Exclusions: Items marked down by 40% or more from the original price, as well as final sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and make arrangements to correct it.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at contact@pwrplayactive.com.au, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Processing:

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 2-3 business days for our team to process your return request once we receive your returned item(s).
  • Refund Method: We do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind returns. Instead, you will receive Store Credit minus shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. You can use your Store Credit to place a new order for your desired exchange item(s).

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Additional Notes:

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing once your return is received
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Until the returned item(s) reach our facility, they remain your responsibility
